CNN Anchor Flubs Audio During Bush Katrina Speech

CNN mangled the audio for a portion of President Bush's speech commemorating the 1-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. During several minutes of CNN's broadcast, a conversation, thought to be between two CNN employees, can clearly be heard drowning out the President's words. One of the voices appears to match that of CNN anchor Kyra Phillips.
